House Group Developments was founded in 2014 with the mission of investing and developing in both commercial and residential property.

Over the years we have established a healthy, increasingly expanding portfolio comprising a wide range of commercial and residential properties as well as mixed use, commercial to residential conversion developments.

We design, build and sell/rent our portfolio of properties in the South-East of England and as a result of exceptional quality build, our innovative design and our work ethic, we ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.

We’ve crafted our portfolio to provide homes, from state-of-the-art apartments and penthouses in Ipswich to spacious town houses in Bury St. Edmunds.

Working with established and respected planners and designers, we’ve gained invaluable experience in developing high-quality homes.
